Who we are

This policy applies to the website at graphite-marketing.com (the "Site"), operated by Graphite Marketing ("we", "us", "our"). What we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, organization, the category you select ("I am a…"), your area of interest, and any message you write. You also confirm consent to be contacted.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data through analytics and our hosting provider — such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links. This is used in aggregate to understand how the Site is used.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it.
• To send you information you have asked for or consented to receive, and to follow up on investor, partner, or press enquiries.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (which you give via the form's consent checkbox and can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the Site. Where Canadian law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL) apply, we rely on the consent you provide and honour opt-out requests.

Cookies & analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data; we have enabled IP anonymization. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to use the Site or submit the form.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Site, and only as needed:

• Google — contact-form submissions are delivered to and stored in a Google Sheet (via Google Apps Script), and Google Analytics processes Site usage data.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the Site and provides security and performance.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.

International transfers

Our providers (including Google and Cloudflare) may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these — or to unsubscribe from communications — email info@graphite-marketing.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

The Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Material changes will be reflected by updating that date.
