Our mission

Why we exist.

"We entered the Tetepisca district before anyone was paying attention. We have been systematic, patient, and honest about what the ground is telling us. The approach has not changed: do the work properly, publish what we find, and let the data make the case."
01
Early conviction, sustained discipline
E-Power entered the Tetepisca district in 2019 when the area had little profile and no institutional following. The geological thesis was clear; the patience required to prove it methodically was the work.
02
Data before narrative
Every public statement is anchored to a specific number from a specific sample or test. The company does not publish results it cannot source. The exploration story is told by the data, not the other way around.
03
A stated destination
Management has been explicit about the intended outcome from the start: define the resource, attract a strategic partner or acquirer, monetise through M&A, joint venture, or trade sale. Not an operating mine — a supply chain asset.
04
Right jurisdiction, by design
The decision to operate exclusively in Québec was deliberate — not a function of where the founders lived, but of where the geological, regulatory, and infrastructure conditions are best aligned for this type of project.

behind the project.
