Biography
Jamie Lavigne is a professional economic geologist with over 30 years of experience in exploration and mine development. He has participated in several successful exploration and mine development projects throughout his career, holding senior positions with major Canadian and Australian mining companies as well as exploration and management roles with several junior exploration companies. He also operates his own geological services and consulting company.

Lavigne was appointed Vice President of Exploration at E-Power Resources before being elevated to Chief Operating Officer in November 2025, taking on an expanded mandate to manage not only exploration and resource delineation but also technical studies supporting resource development. He serves as Interim CEO pending the appointment of a permanent chief executive, while continuing to fulfil his COO responsibilities. As the company's Qualified Person under NI 43-101, Lavigne reviews and approves all technical disclosures — making him the central figure in E-Power's exploration credibility.

Paul Haber brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets to E-Power Resources, where he serves as both Chief Financial Officer and Director. He has served as CFO, board member, and audit committee chair for numerous public and private companies throughout his career, providing the governance and financial oversight experience essential for a CSE-listed exploration company.

Haber began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), building the technical accounting and financial reporting foundation that has supported his subsequent roles across the Canadian resource sector. He is both a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds a Chartered Director designation from the DeGroote School of Business in partnership with the Conference Board of Canada — a qualification reflecting advanced governance expertise.
